Where is SuiteSpace?

We are conveniently-located 20 miles west of Washington, DC. in the Oakton Professional Center at 2915 Huntermill Road in Oakton, VA, 22124. This is just west of the Washington Beltway (495), off Route 66W and 123N in Oakton. Take a look at us on a map:

Situated next to Oakton Shopping Center, SuiteSpace offers proximity to a host of restaurants, including those of Italian, Sushi, Chinese, and BBQ cuisine, and of course, for those moving faster than the speed of light, fast food.

What SuiteSpace is available?

SuiteSpace currently has three, private, unfurnished 9 x 9 square-foot offices available*, each including:

• A window to the outside world, 
• One phone jack with one phone line, though room to add more lines if needed, 
• Ethernet connections, and 
• Wireless (802.llG).

How sweet is SuiteSpace?

The SuiteSpace rental rates start at $700 per office with flexible-lease (one- to two-year) terms.

Your only additional expenses include: 

• Your own phone bill, 
• 5% of out utility bill, and 
• Any extras you add on.
